The original structure was a ranch-style home in Madrona near Seattle, Washington built in 1949. The owners wanted to add a second story and redo the outside. They started with one home builder, but found out he could not make the changes they wanted within their budget. Instead, the builder recommended Dave of Multi-M Contracting. Dave evaluated the project and developed an estimate and payment plan that fit their budget, including:

   • Removing the roof

   • Adding a second story

   • Redoing the siding, windows, doors, and shears

   • Adding a new deck

The finished home remodel now has expansive views of Lake Washington and the surrounding area. The home features:

   • Master bedroom with a raised and beveled pan ceiling and large view windows

   • Master bath and shower with marble tiling and unique window views

   • Ceiling spot lighting

   • Hardwood flooring

“Dave was great to work with. He was really willing to do the project the way we wanted. He was very flexible with our many changes and offered professional advice and creative solutions when we needed it. He kept the work site clean and worked around our family schedule. We had a tight budget and he completed the work right on budget. When we discovered some dry rot during the construction, he fixed it at no extra charge. His workmanship was high quality - it speaks for itself. We became friends during the project and are friends to this day.”
